BANGKOK, Feb. 20 (Xinhua) -- The 53-year-old Swedish man Michael Baines came to Thailand 20 years ago as a chef. He was running a very popular restaurant in Chonburi Province in northern Thailand.

At that time, he never thought that one day he would work full time to save stray dogs.
